Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (Azure | Kubernetes | DevOps | IaC)
We are hiring 2 experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineers for a high-impact 12-month contract (Hybrid – GTA, 3 days onsite).
This is a hands-on role focused on building and scaling modern cloud-native platforms on Azure using Kubernetes, Infrastructure-as-Code, and DevOps automation.
🔧 What You’ll Do
Design and deploy cloud-native infrastructure using Kubernetes (AKS)
Build and manage PaaS services (compute, storage, databases, integrations)
Develop Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform or Pulumi
Automate deployments using Azure DevOps and GitHub
Implement GitOps workflows using ArgoCD or Flux
Work with service mesh technologies (Istio / Envoy)
Ensure secure, scalable, and highly available cloud systems
Collaborate with engineering teams to define cloud architecture standards
Optimize performance, reliability, and cloud governance
🧠 What We’re Looking For
Strong experience with Kubernetes + Azure cloud (AKS preferred)
Hands-on DevOps + CI/CD (ADO, GitHub, Jenkins)
Strong Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform / Pulumi)
Scripting ability in Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Go
Experience with .NET, Node.js, or Java
Solid understanding of cloud security, RBAC, and secrets management
Experience with distributed systems and microservices environments
💰 Compensation
Contract rate: $88 – $96/hour (Inc.)
📍 Role Details
Duration: 12 months (extension likely)
Location: GTA Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Hours: 35/week
