Cloud Engineer/Developer
Job Description
Must Have:
🌟 Must have 5+ years of experience as a cloud engineer/developer for cloud applications
🌟Must have worked on Cloud applications worked on during 5+ years must include data storage components that they worked with
🌟Must have at least 3 projects in the last 5 years using at least one of the following technologies: Azure SQL Server, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake Services, Azure Data Share, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MinIO, MongoDB, MariaDB, Cosmos DB, or Cassandra
🌟Must have 3 projects within the last five (5) years that included work related to Cloud Site Reliability or DevOps technical services to clients
🌟Must have 5 projects with in the last 5 years involving one or more of the following:
🌟Azure Log Analytics, Grafana, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Prometheus, Jaeger/Zipkin, Cilium/eBPF/Honeycomb.io, Falco, or Azure EventHub
🌟Must have 5 projects within the last 5 years involving Kubernetes
🌟At least one project reference for each of the following during the last five years doing public cloud infrastructure implementations (can be the same project or different projects for each bullet):
🌟Must have worked on deploying Linux / Windows Server VMs,
troubleshooting infrastructure, resource deployments,
system administration support, incident management support
using automation for failure detection, failover and recovery
monitoring and optimizing cloud storage use and performance
🌟Must have at least 1 project with experience in:
Infrastructure as Code, specifically PowerShell, Terraform, or Helm
Source Controls, specifically GitHub or GitLab
CI/CD, specifically, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Travis, Jenkins, or Artifactory
Certifications (Must have at least 1):
🌟One, any cloud Site Reliability Engineering Certificate
🌟One, any cloud DevOps Engineer Certificate
🌟MS Azure Security Engineer Associate
🌟MS Azure Administrator Associate
🌟Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
🌟Amazon Solution Architect
🌟GCP Professional Cloud Architect
🌟AWS Certified Developer Associate
🌟Terraform: Certified HashiCorp Implementation Partner
