We’re Hiring: Cloud / Data Migration Engineer 🚀
Contract : 12 months with renewal

We’re looking for an experienced Cloud / Data Migration Engineer to support the migration of Capital Markets Investment Analytics (CMIA) assets to Snowflake and Azure. This is a high-impact role supporting scalable, secure, and high-performance analytics used across capital markets investment teams.
Location: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite)- Downtown, ON
Rate: Up to $100/hour
Start: ASAP

What You’ll Be Doing
Design and implement cloud and data migration frameworks
Migrate databases, SSIS, stored procedures, and Python analytics to Snowflake & Azure
Modernize ETL pipelines using DBT, Airflow, and cloud-native services
Support trading, research, execution, and analytics platforms
Collaborate closely with developers, data engineers, and capital markets professionals in an agile environment

What We’re Looking For
5+ years of software development experience
3+ years as a Cloud Engineer and/or Data Engineer
Financial industry experience (required)
Strong hands-on expertise with Snowflake, Azure, DBT, Airflow, SQL, Python
Experience migrating legacy data and analytics platforms to the cloud

Nice to have: PowerBI, AKS/Kubernetes, web frameworks, financial data providers, or CFA/CSC background.
