Cloud Data Engineer

We’re Hiring: Cloud Data Engineer (Contract)
🌐 Location: Remote (Preferred Ottawa, Canada — Open to all Canadian residents)
💼 Experience: 6+ Years in IT | 🕒 Duration: Contract

⚠️[ Note : Only Candidates holding Canadian PR / OWP / Citizenship will be considered ]

🧠 Required Skills:
✔️ 5+ years hands-on Python programming experience
✔️ 5+ years SQL and data warehousing (OLTP, OLAP, Dimensional Modeling)
✔️ Strong knowledge of Databricks, Delta Lake, and ETL/ELT pipelines
✔️ Familiarity with cloud data warehouses like Synapse, BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift
✔️ Understanding of event-based/streaming data processing
✔️ Experience in cloud migration and enterprise data architecture
✔️ Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP) preferred
✔️ Bonus: Experience with Apache Airflow
🎓 Education:
📘 Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
