Reporting to the Regional Manager, this role focuses on developing strong relationships through proactive servicing of group retirement plan customers and in our region, participating in finalist presentations, and working with a team to implement new sales. Being able to work independently and as part of a team to build strong customer relationships is the key to success in this role.

By focusing on the needs of our customers and building their trust you will grow our group retirement business through the retention of customer assets, increasing plan membership and contributions as well as transfer new assets from other financial institutions.

What You Will Do

 

Full accountability of the client relationship including plan design, legislative, governance and investment discussions.Creating and maintaining an annual business plan.Collaborate with sales to support persistency and execution targets.Effectively highlight areas of opportunity and growth and action to capture those.Meets with client/partner teams on a frequent basis to monitor service deliverables and assess needs (i.e., governance committee, Client HR team, Finance, communications team, etc.).Lead and handle project management, marketing, communication projects, changes to HRIS or other systemsActively participate in the sales process by contributing to RFP responses, attending short list presentations to describe processes and key services offeredIs a peer resource for other team members and is involved in their training and development.Working closely with the Communication & Education Manager to ensure appropriate educational sessions and communications are provided to customersIntroducing new product and service enhancements

The base salary for this position is between $58,600 – $97,700 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
