Client Onboarding Specialist

🚀 Hiring: Client Onboarding Specialist in Toronto! 🚀

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a background in Financial Services and Capital Markets? We are looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to join a global industry leader in Toronto for a 6-month contract (with potential for extension/conversion).

In this role, you will be a key player in the CST Relationship Management team, ensuring client documentation aligns with BSA/AML policies and regulatory standards.

💰 Pay Rate: $41.00 per hour
📍 Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote)
⏰ Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (37.5 hours/week)

✅ Must-Haves:
2+ years of recent and relevant experience in client onboarding/documentation.
Prior experience in Financial Services is required.
Strong understanding of Capital Markets (FX, Cash, Equity Derivatives, Fixed Income, etc.).
Proven ability to manage documentation and meet deadlines for time-sensitive projects.
Advanced Excel skills (Macros, Look-ups) and PowerPoint proficiency.

🌟 Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with Derivatives products.
Fluency in French is a strong asset.
