📍 Location: Edmonton, AB (Onsite Only)
🕒 Type: Full-Time
About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting enterprise-level Cisco SDN technologies, along with Fortinet firewalls and broader network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Cisco SDN platforms (NX-OS, SD-Access).
Administer LAN/WAN, wireless systems, routers, and switches.
Configure and manage Fortinet firewalls (rule sets, NAT, VPNs).
Proactively monitor and ensure network health and performance.
Lead or assist in network upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
Keep technical documentation and standard procedures up to date.
Participate in change management and incident resolution processes.
Be available for on-call support during critical network events.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in enterprise network and firewall support.
Deep knowledge of Cisco Nexus, SD-Access, and related technologies.
Proficiency with Fortinet firewalls and security policy enforcement.
Familiarity with Cisco NDFC, DNAC, and ISE platforms.
Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds).
Strong troubleshooting abilities and effective communication skills.
Preferred Certifications:
Cisco CCNA/CCNP (Routing & Switching or Security)
Fortinet NSE Level 4 or higher
