Position: Change Management Specialist
Duration: 186 Days Contract + Possible Extension
Location: Winnipeg, MB (Remote)

Certifications:Valid Prosci (ADKAR) certification. Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response.
Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification. Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response.
Valid Six Sigma certification. Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response.
Skill And Experience:
10 years’ experience performing organizational change management for projects in a healthcare environment implementing information technology, process, or business architecture solutions. Experience should include stakeholder analysis and preparing targeted communications.
7 years’ experience in a project management or team lead role implementing healthcare projects. Experience should include developing plans and coaching resources.
5 years’ experience developing training materials and curriculum for process changes in healthcare.
3 years’ experience performing organizational change management while implementing standardized staff scheduling business processes across multiple healthcare organizations.
3 years’ experience providing direct patient care in a healthcare facility.
1 year of experience implementing PROCURA mobile software in a homecare setting.
