Pay Rate: Up to $75.00/hour
Eligibility: Canadian Contractors Only

We’re looking for experienced CBAP-certified Business Analyst with strong experience in:
Business transformation initiatives in public sector or regulated environments
Requirements gathering & workshop facilitation
Business process analysis and documentation
IT/digital initiatives, cloud/SaaS, integrations, and stakeholder engagement
Use cases, user stories, testing, and organizational readiness
Training and change management

Must Have:
Valid CBAP certification
Ability to work on-site in Regina, SK
Public sector or comparable regulated-environment experience
Experience with Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Azure DevOps.
