Business Systems Analyst – Zelle Payments

Hiring: Business Systems Analyst – Zelle Payments | Location: Toronto, ON

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Zelle Payments and deep knowledge of US payment processing.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as liaison between business stakeholders & technical teams for Zelle solutions
Work closely with EWS for connectivity, UI/UX & Build Certifications
Collaborate with Risk, Settlement, Fulfillment, Controllership & Data teams
Define dispute & exception handling processes
Analyze & document requirements for Zelle, FEDACH & RTP routes
Support testing, upgrades & production troubleshooting
Ensure compliance with Zelle network rules & audit standards

Mandatory Skills:
Hands-on experience with Zelle Payments operations
Knowledge of Zelle SOAP & REST APIs
Understanding of MQ event notifications & standard/expedited flows
Familiarity with data contribution files
Strong knowledge of FEDACH & RTP routes
US payment compliance & settlement knowledge

Preferred:
Banking / Financial Services experience
Payment integrations & batch processing exposure
