About the Role:
Are you a Salesforce-savvy Business Systems Analyst with deep experience in enterprise integrations and capital markets? We’re hiring 2 Senior BSAs to support a high-impact, cross-functional modernization project for one of Canada’s leading financial institutions.
Join a fast-moving CRM technology team focused on digitizing the wholesale banking client lifecycle using Salesforce and integrating it with internal platforms and third-party systems.
What You’ll Do:
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into system design and workflows
Collaborate with architects to design scalable integration solutions
Develop impact analysis documents and user stories
Partner with product and engineering teams to build scalable roadmaps
Understand and analyze existing database schema; write intermediate SQL/SoQL queries
Support testing cycles: regression, functional, and performance
Improve the end-user experience and coach users as needed
Participate in agile ceremonies and drive continuous delivery
Must-Have Qualifications:
10+ years as a Business Systems Analyst in enterprise environments
2+ years of recent hands-on Salesforce CRM experience
2+ years of experience working closely with product design & roadmap development
Experience writing SQL/SoQL queries
Capital markets / global banking domain knowledge
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with AML, KYC, or regulatory compliance
Salesforce Admin or related certifications
Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce integrations or AppExchange products
