📍 Location:
Hybrid
Schedule:
July: 2 days/week
August: 3 days/week
September onward: 4 days/week
📅 Contract Duration: 1 year (Maternity leave coverage)
💡 Potential for extension or full-time conversion
🔍 What You’ll Do
Lead solutioning and requirements sessions with architecture, dev, and security teams
Facilitate design sessions with stakeholders and create user stories, use cases, and sequence diagrams
Maintain and prioritize product and release backlogs
Define both functional and non-functional requirements
Support mobile banking and payments projects through the full lifecycle
✅ Must-Have Experience
8+ years of overall experience, including 3–5 years as a BSA in banking/financial services
2+ years in payments domain
3+ years creating and managing API documentation
2+ years working in mobile banking
Agile methodologies with tools like Jira and Confluence
⭐ Nice-to-Haves
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or CBAP
Postman for API testing
Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
