We’re Hiring: Business Systems Analyst IV (Hybrid | Toronto) 🚨
Are you a seasoned Business Analyst with experience in real-time payments and banking systems?

📍 Location: Toronto (Hybrid – 2 days in-office, 4 days starting Nov)
📅 Duration: 1 year (with extension or conversion potential)

🔍 What You’ll Do:
Lead end-to-end business analysis on high-impact payment projects
Collaborate with tech, ops, risk, and business partners
Define target-state business processes & contribute to strategic change
Support QA, testing, and implementation

✅ Must Have:
8–10 years’ experience in Business Analysis
Financial services background (interac e-transfers / real-time payments)
Strong stakeholder management & communication skills

✨ Nice to Have: Agile experience, BA certification
