Business Systems Analyst (ITSM)

Procom is currently looking for a Business Systems Analyst (ITSM) for our client in the public sector

THIS CONTRACT HAS A TBD START DATE AND GOES FOR END OF FISCAL
(GREAT CHANCE OF EXTENSION WHEN NEW BUDGETS COME OUT)
LOCATION: REMOTE (THE CLIENT IS IN THE RICHMOND ON AREA)
LANGUAGE: ENGLISH
CLEARANCE: SECRET (MUST HOLD BEFORE SUBMISSION)

Mandatory Skills:

☃️ Minimum 1 year of experience in remedy development
☃️Minimum 1 year of experience building service requests using DWP Catalogue
☃️Experience in developing CMDB solutions
☃️Ability to integrate customer needs using SOAP and REST API
☃️3+ years of experience configuring OOTB functionalities in ITSM modules
☃️Strong problem-solving abilities
☃️Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:

☃️Experience with SaaS and on-prem container projects (Kubernetes, OpenShift, AWS)
☃️Familiarity with BMC HDM and BMC BWF
☃️Understanding of RSSO capabilities such as SAML and OAuth
Chatbot and agent chat familiarity
