We’re Hiring: Business Systems Analyst – Digital Banking (Contract)
📍 Toronto, ON (Hybrid | 3–4 days onsite)
🕒 Contract: Feb 17, 2026 – July 31, 2026 (Extension / FTE possible)
💼 Hours: 37.5 hrs/week (Mon–Fri, 9–5)
🔎 About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join the Client Engineering – Mobile & Web team supporting a leading retail banking platform. You’ll be embedded within agile squads working on high-impact initiatives, including the Paperless Squad, focused on modernizing client-facing digital banking experiences.
✅ Must-Have Qualifications
10+ years of relevant IT experience
5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst in agile/lean environments
3+ years working with microservices / microapps architecture
Recent hands-on experience with client-facing front-end applications
Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, OpenAPI, OAuth 2.0
Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket
➕ Nice to Have
Experience with top-tier banks or financial institutions
Familiarity with Postman, batch integrations, secure file transfers
Strong MS Office skills
