We’re Hiring: Business Systems Analyst (Capital Markets) 🚀
📍 Location: Toronto (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, increasing to 4)
📅 Contract: Jan 5, 2026 – Apr 30, 2026 (extension/FTE possible)
⏰ Hours: 37.5 hrs/week | Mon–Fri
💰 Rate: $83–$90/hr (inc., based on experience)
We’re looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support technology-driven initiatives within Capital Markets. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across business and technology, with strong data and testing expertise.
🔹 Must-Have Experience:
✔️ 10+ years in Business Analysis
✔️ 5+ years on technology projects in Capital Markets
✔️ Strong SDLC, test case design, integration & regression testing
✔️ Hands-on experience with Unix, SQL (Postgres), and Python
✔️ Advanced Excel skills
✔️ JIRA & Confluence experience
⭐ Nice to Have:
➕ Counterparty Credit Risk experience
➕ Data processing or input data enhancement projects
➕ Lead BA experience
📌 Hybrid Schedule: Anchor days Tuesday & Wednesday (flexible)
