Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

We are hiring for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) position in Scarborough, Ontario, with a hybrid work model that requires 3 days on-site. This is a long-term contract opportunity.

Key requirements include:
– 8+ years of experience in Requirements Gathering and Stakeholder Management
– 3+ years of API and Integration Experience (REST, JSON, Swagger, Postman)
– Proficiency in Agile Delivery and User Story Writing
– SQL and Data Analysis Skills
– Experience with AI-Assisted Product Analysis and Documentation
– Understanding of Security, Compliance, and Open Banking
– Digital Banking Product Knowledge
– Understanding of Payments, AML/KYC, and Customer Journey (nice to have)
