Requirements:
– Decision-Making Abilities:Ability to make quick, autonomous decisions regarding loan and credit applications
– Domain Knowledge:Understanding of banking and financial services (BFSI) domain
– Financial Management:Familiarity with financial and accounting concepts, including creating financial statements and tax return reviews
– Time Management:Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively for loan closures and daily transaction reports
– Technical Proficiency:Knowledge of accounting and financial applications, as well as Microsoft Office programs
– Problem-Solving:Innovative solutions for customers facing financial challenges.
– End-to-end BSA role understanding & experience
– Financial analysis and risk assessment expertise
