✅ 7+ years of Business Systems / Business Analysis experience
✅ Strong experience working on large technology-driven initiatives
✅ Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
✅ Ability to bridge business and technology effectively
✅ Financial Services experience is a strong asset
