Job Description :
# Minimum 7 years of experience as a BSA, preferably in Digital
# Transformation or Telecom domains.
# Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodology (SAFE Agile experience is an asset).
# Expertise in creating detailed requirements artifacts: user stories, process maps, data flows, and functional specifications.
# Excellent communication skills – able to articulate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
# Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
# Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and MS Office Suite.
# Experience in working with front-end and back-end system requirements will be an advantage.
