Hiring: Business Systems Analyst – Digital Retail Solutions (Permanent)
📍 Scarborough, ON (Hybrid)
We’re looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support enterprise-level digital retail initiatives with a leading organization.

🔹 Must-Haves:
• 7+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience
• Strong experience with Salesforce (CRM) and/or SAP (ERP)
• Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, user stories, and process mapping
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Exposure to system integrations (APIs, MuleSoft or similar)
• Strong stakeholder communication skills

💡 Experience with CIAM, data flows, and digital platforms is a strong asset.
