We’re looking for a Business Systems Analyst (#BSA) with strong expertise in communications & trade surveillance to join on a contract basis.

Key expertise:
✅ e-Communications Surveillance: Monitoring across #email, #chat, #voice, #mobile, #WhatsApp, #Bloomberg, #Symphony, #Teams, and cloud platforms; lexicon development & refinement
✅ #Surveillance Platforms: #GlobalRelay, #Behavox, #NICEActimize, #Smarsh, #Smarts, #TradingHub
✅ Regulatory & Controls: Deep knowledge of #SEC, #FINRA, #IIROC requirements; alert logic calibration; strong grasp of market-abuse scenarios (spoofing, layering, etc.)
