✅ Must-Have Qualifications:
– 7+ years of experience as a BSA in Digital Transformation or Telecom projects
– Deep understanding of Agile/SAFe delivery methodologies
– Experience with end-to-end system and solution design
– Proven ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to business stakeholders
– Expertise in Visio, Lucidchart, JIRA, Confluence, MS Office Suite
– Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
