Role:- Business System Analyst
Location- Toronto ON (Hybrid- 3 days work from office)
Employment Type: Contract

We are looking at technical BSA. So, API and integration knowledge is what customer is looking at, rest are typical BSA skills set.

Required skills:
API and Integration expertise
– Strong understanding of APIs (REST ,GraphQL and ODATA API’s )
– Understanding of data mapping between systems
– Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
– Experience with Postman or similar tools for API testing

Agile & Requirements Analysis
– Understanding of Agile frameworks
– Requirements analysis and documentation
– Tools like Jira, Confluence, Excel for managing stories and tasks

Cloud & Technical Knowledge
– Knowledge of AWS (or similar cloud platforms)
– Awareness of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) for async APIs
– Monitoring & Logging (Splunk and Dynatrace)
