Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the finance domain. Experience in wealth management is highly preferred. The candidate should be capable of gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and liaising with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills:
5+ years of BSA experience
Strong knowledge of the finance domain
Requirement gathering and business analysis
Excellent communication and documentation skills
