10 years of hands‑on Business Systems Analyst (BSA) experience in an Agile Hybrid development environment within Banking and Client Onboarding domains.
Strong understanding of Client Onboarding, KYC, and regulatory workflow setup, including workflow rules and dependencies.
Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and the technical aptitude to understand application integrations for external data capture and downstream reporting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively bridge gaps between technical and non‑technical teams.
Previous experience with application migrations, preferably on‑prem to SaaS.
Fenergo – FenX experience (highly preferred).
