Job Title: Business Process Analyst (Maternity Leave Coverage) – Toronto, ON

Rate : 60/hr (INC)
Job Description:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Business Process Analyst to support business users during a critical system rollout. This contract role will focus on manual QA/UAT testing, process documentation, and user support to ensure smooth operations and strong quality validation.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct manual QA and UAT testing, validating system changes and updates
Document business processes, create user guides, and maintain SOPs
Support business users during platform rollout and troubleshoot issues
Collaborate with underwriting, operations, and IT teams
Ensure compliance and operational continuity
What You Bring:
3+ years in commercial insurance or underwriting environment
Strong manual QA / UAT experience
Excellent written communication and documentation skills
Experience with Microsoft-based tools and system integrations (nice-to-have)
