Business Process Analysis Consultant (DND)
Location: Onsite – Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
Clearance: Reliability Security Clearance (Required)
Open to Canadian contractors only

NORAMTEC is seeking an experienced Business Process Analysis Consultant to support Department of National Defence (DND) initiatives focused on digital transformation, information management (IM), and service modernization.

Key Responsibilities
1. Options Analysis & Strategic Enablement
Open Government: Replace email-based intake with SharePoint Online (SPO) and Power Platform workflows, enabling self-service, automated routing, and real-time tracking.
Defence Digitization Program: Identify paper-based processes and design SPO-based official records solutions with targeted automation and permissions.
IM Program Health Reporting: Develop automated Power BI dashboards consolidating reporting for senior leaders and the L1 IMO community.
Collaborate with program owners, IMOs, and technical teams to ensure governance, security, and operational alignment.
Strategic Value Delivered
Frees IMIO resources to focus on governance, engagement, and training.
Demonstrates visible progress in high-profile transformation initiatives.
Positions DKIM as a leader in enterprise-wide digital change.

Assess current M365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform capabilities.
Map workflows and data flows; align with Defence Digitization Strategy and TBS Digital Standards.

Mandatory Qualifications (Must Be Clearly Demonstrated)
5+ years (within the last 10 years) conducting strategic IM analysis in a Federal Government context
3+ years of business process analysis and/or program design
3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint Online and Power Platform
