Business Intelligence Developer

🚨 Hiring: Business Intelligence Developer | Toronto/Mississauga, ON
We’re looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Developer to join a dynamic team on a 1-year contract, with the possibility of extension and potential conversion to a full-time role based on business needs and performance.
📍 Location: Toronto/Mississauga – Hybrid
🏢 2 days in office / 3 days remote
📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday, core business hours
⏱️ Hours: 37.5 hours/week
🔄 OT: Possible based on project needs
📌 Anchor days: Flexible
🔑 Must-Have Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of experience implementing, administering, configuring, and supporting Power BI dashboards/apps, Power Automate, and Power Apps
• 2+ years of experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and VS Code
• Extensive experience with:
Power Automate
Power Apps
Power BI dashboard and app design
Complex DAX and Power Query
SQL data manipulation
• Strong experience managing large datasets (100M+ records)
• Experience working with JSON, XML, XLSX, CSV, and other data sources
• Working knowledge of data warehousing, data management, and optimization
⭐ Nice-to-Have
• Information security knowledge, including lifecycle management, privileged access, authentication/authorization (AuthN/AuthZ)
• Banking or financial services experience
• Microsoft PL-300 certification
