Overview

We are seeking experienced Business Intelligence Developers to join a Data & Analytics team supporting a regulatory-driven initiative. The successful candidates will develop reporting solutions, analyze large datasets, and deliver insights that guide business decisions. This role requires advanced expertise in Tableau, SQL, and cloud-based analytics platforms, with strong communication skills to collaborate with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design and build interactive Tableau visualizations to translate data into meaningful insights.
Develop end-to-end reporting and analytics solutions, including data profiling, modeling, and visualization.
Partner with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Work with large datasets to assess regulatory impacts and provide actionable reporting.
Apply advanced analytics and statistical methods to uncover opportunities and support strategic decisions.
Communicate insights effectively to operational and executive stakeholders.
Identify and resolve data or process-related issues, recommending improvements.
Must-Have Qualifications

5–7 years’ experience in data analytics/BI development.
2+ years of experience creating Tableau dashboards and interactive visualizations.
Strong experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis.
Hands-on experience with Python, PySpark, and MS Azure services (Data Factory, Databricks, ADLS, Delta Lake, Azure SQL DB, Azure Synapse).
Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Nice-to-Have

Knowledge of dimensional modeling and data warehousing.
Experience with Power BI.
Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, Economics).
