Are you an experienced Functional Analyst with strong Business Analysis skills and experience in the Education/Higher Education domain? We’re looking for a talented professional to join an exciting enterprise project!

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
✔ Create detailed Functional Specifications and Integration Specifications.
✔ Design interface specifications and data conversion documents.
✔ Develop functional and integration test scenarios and test cases.
✔ Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and third-party vendors.
✔ Support system implementation, deployment, and production issue resolution.
✔ Ensure solutions align with business objectives and IT standards.
Preferred Skills:
✅ Ellucian Banner ERP & APIs
✅ Student Information Systems (SIS)
✅ SQL / PL/SQL
✅ JIRA & Confluence
✅ Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
✅ ITSM Principles
✅ ServiceNow
✅ Zephyr Scale (JIRA Test Management)
