Position Title: Business/Application Support Analyst
Schedule: Standard business hours — Hybrid
We are looking for a strong Business/Application Support professional to assist business users with day-to-day system support and ongoing enhancements. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience supporting business applications, troubleshooting issues, analyzing data, and contributing to technology upgrades and projects.
Core Responsibilities:
Support business users when real estate applications are not functioning as expected
Troubleshoot issues and work with IT teams on fixes or enhancements
Assist with upgrades, system changes, and new feature deployments
Perform testing (UAT) prior to go-live releases
Run reports and perform data analysis for key stakeholders
Document requirements, processes, and business workflows
Participate in and support medium-complexity projects
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
5+ years of Business/Application Support experience — ideally within banking or real estate technology
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills (VLOOKUPs, reporting, working with data outputs from systems)
Strong understanding of system functionality, data flows, and business rules
Project support capabilities — requirements gathering, testing, documentation, and change implementation
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Tableau or Power BI
TRIRIGA experience
Background in IT or technology
Experience in banking/financial services
