Business Application Analyst

We’re Hiring: Business Application Analyst (Workday) – 6-month contract
📍 Location: 4 days onsite – Downtown Toronto
💰 Hourly Rate: $70/hr – $85/hr

🗒️ Responsibilities:
This role requires ability to configure business processes within Workday – ideally in the HCM, Compensation and Security space. Knowledge of Workday Hierarchies and Organizations are nice to have.

✔️ Requirements:
-Workday configuration experience. Participate in complex applications and systems development
-Requirement elicitation experience. impart your subject matter expertise.
-Strong communication skills including presentation skills
-Strong Stakeholder management
-Project execution exp (working with developers and testing teams)
-Workday certifications (e.g. HCM, Comp, Security)
-Scaled Agile exp
-Workday extend and workday prism
