Business Analysts (3 Positions) – Contract
Location: Onsite – Toronto, Ontario, Canada
Type: Contract

NORAMTEC for our client is currently seeking three experienced Business Analysts to support high-impact projects for our clients in the public and private sectors. This is a contract opportunity based on-site in Toronto.

Experience Requirements:
5–7 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale projects
Demonstrated experience with both web-based applications and data analytics solutions

Functional Skills:
Ability to break down complex problems and analyze logically
Skilled in JAD sessions and brainstorming workshops
Expert in gathering and documenting functional and non-functional requirements
Proficient in business rules, use cases, user stories, and clear documentation
Strong understanding of as-is / to-be process mapping and identifying process inefficiencies
Writes user stories in standard formats and defines clear acceptance criteria
Collaborates effectively with product owners, developers, and solution architects
Uses data and stakeholder input to validate decisions

Technical Skills:
Tools: Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, MS Teams, Azure DevOps
Methodologies: Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
Strong in creating process diagrams, activity diagrams, and workflow models using tools like BPMN, Visio, or PowerDesigner

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication
Skilled facilitator for workshops, meetings, and walkthroughs
Able to translate technical concepts for business users and vice versa
Strong interpersonal skills – builds trust and manages conflicting priorities
Adapts quickly to fast-paced, evolving environments and changing scopes
Delivers high-quality outputs consistently and on time
