Business Analyst – Senior (AI / Technical BA) 📍 Toronto Or Peterborough | Onsite (5 days/week) 🗓 Long-term contract | Apr 2026 – Mar 2027 This role is for a senior, hands-on Business Analyst who can operate at the intersection of AI, cloud, and enterprise service delivery — translating technical roadmaps into clear, actionable outcomes for business and leadership. What stands out: • Strong end-to-end BA leadership on complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives • Experience translating AI use cases (RAG/search, document extraction, assistants, anomaly detection) into business requirements • Ability to bridge technical teams and business stakeholders • Comfortable working with cloud-based services (IaaS / PaaS / SaaS) and AI-enabled solutions Key focus areas: • Requirements elicitation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and NFRs • Current vs. future state process analysis • Policy, privacy, governance, and operational impact analysis • Service documentation, runbooks, playbooks, and decision briefs • Stakeholder workshops and leadership communications 📌 Onsite role (5 days/week) 📌 Technical BA + AI exposure is essential This is a great fit for a senior BA who understands AI-enabled services and can “translate” strategy into delivery-ready requirements.
