Title: Business Analyst – Senior
Location: Winnipeg, MB (Remote)
Duration: 12 Months
Must haves:
Diploma or Certification in Business Analysis.
Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
Valid Prosci change management certification.
10 years’ experience in an analyst role working directly with clinical stakeholders to implement changes to workflows or new systems in a healthcare setting. Experience should include documenting customer requirements, mapping business processes and identifying where the capability gaps lie.
1 year of experience implementing PROCURA mobile software in a homecare setting.
5 years’ experience leading and executing software testing including developing test plans, testing estimates, and test cases.
3 years’ experience designing and implementing interfaces that follow the Health Level 7 (HL7) standard.
3 years’ experience implementing software solutions designed to support homecare client registration and clinical documentation.
1 year of experience implementing digital dictation solutions in a healthcare environment.
