🔹 Must Haves:
● At least 8 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, with progressive experience supporting medium to large size projects
● Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and the proven ability to apply them effectively
● Knowledge of Agile project work tracking tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA
● Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail

🔹 Description (Scope):
● Work with the project teams in developing detailed business requirements, workflows, and related design artifacts
● Participate in working groups and collaborate with technical teams, delivery managers, business sponsors, and SMEs
● Apply technical proficiency across SDLC including Requirements Elicitation, Architecture, Design, Testing, and Implementation support

🔹 Deliverables:
● Analyze and document requirements to enhance business processes
● Gather and validate business requirements and design system improvements
● Create use cases, functional/technical specs, and conduct fit-gap analysis
● Maintain traceability matrix and support testing (System & UAT)
● Develop onboarding toolkit and communication protocols
● Participate in training and knowledge transfer

🔹 Experience & Skill Set Requirements:

✅ Criteria 1 (40 Points):
● 8+ years’ experience in business analysis for large scale implementations
● Agile (Scrum/Kanban) experience
● Azure DevOps or JIRA knowledge
● Strong experience in requirements, workflows, and legacy system replacement
● Experience with case management solutions
● Expertise in use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria
● Experience supporting QA with test cases, plans, and traceability

✅ Criteria 2 – Technology Experience (30 Points):
● REST APIs, SOAP/WSDL, SQL, Azure/AWS knowledge
● Ability to translate business to technical specs
● Experience with UML, BPMN, ERD
● Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio, MS Office

✅ Criteria 3 – Team & QA Experience (20 Points):
● Team leadership and coordination experience
● QA processes and testing methodologies
● Experience in test case creation, UAT, defect triaging
● Strong documentation (BRD, workflows, process maps, user stories)

✅ Criteria 4 – Communication & OPS (10 Points):
● 5 Years of OPS Experience
● Excellent communication skills
● Experience leading JAD sessions and workshops
● Strong teamwork skills
