Valid Prosci Change Management Certification.

10 years’ experience in an analyst role supporting digital information system implementation projects and process mapping activities.
Experience should include documenting customer requirements, and business processes and identifying where the capability gaps lie.
1 year of experience implementing PROCURA mobile software in a homecare setting
