Mandatory Skills set :

8 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in Risk, Data Governance, or Financial Services.
Understanding of data lineage, data quality, and risk control frameworks (e.g., COSO, COBIT).
Proficient in data documentation tools (Collibra, Alation) and visualization (Visio, Lucidchart).
Experience with risk issue management platforms and remediation tracking.
Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred, but not required:
Familiarity with data profiling tools like Anomalo or Great Expectations.
Knowledge of financial data flows and reporting in banking or capital markets.
Exposure to regulatory requirements (BCBS 239, GDPR, CCAR, SOX, etc.).
Certification in risk or data governance (e.g., CRISC, DGSP, CDMP) is a plus.
Work with Data Governance Office, Risk Management, IT, Internal Audit, and Compliance functions.
Support change management efforts with training, templates, and feedback mechanisms.
