🔴 Mandatory Certifications (Pass/Fail):
• ITIL Certification in Service Management
• PRINCE2 (Foundation/Practitioner)
• Prosci Organizational Change Management

🎓 Education:
• Degree/Certifications required (to be submitted)

💼 Key Experience Required:
• 10+ years in Business Analysis (stakeholder engagement, gap analysis, future state models)
• 5+ years leading BA teams in large transformation programs
• 5+ years in business architecture & modelling with executive stakeholders
• 5+ years facilitating workshops & organizational capability redesign
• 6+ years in healthcare transformation (Sunrise Altera EPR & Chart Tracking experience required)
• 5+ years in business case development & decision frameworks
• 3+ years in healthcare service redesign (Pyxis & GE Pharmacy Centricity experience)
