Role Overview:
• Liaise with Business Stakeholders to understand needs and document solution requirements for the development team to use.
• PM/BA candidates with GCP and Snowflake experience

Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with Data Engineers and BI Developers to deliver on requests.
• Identify team members required to fulfill business requests.
• Outline information needed from business stakeholders to obtain estimates from the team.
• Work with the PM to define delivery timelines and resource availability.
• Create User Stories and tasks in JIRA with traceability to business requirements and QA test cases.
• Serve as the point of contact across internal teams to clarify requirements and provide direction.
• Partner with Data Architects to diagram solutions and map business requirements.
• Provide guidance to QA on test cases, UAT, and end-to-end data platform validations.

Your Typical Day:
• Attend daily stand-ups with the team.
• Engage business stakeholders to define outputs (reports/dashboards) and identify required data using business analysis techniques.
• Review and consult on BRD submissions to ensure clarity and correct stakeholder involvement.
• Create solution requirements and walkthroughs for business sign-off.

Ideal Candidate (Experience and Skills):
• 6-10 years of business analysis experience in system implementation and software projects.
• Strong background in designing data lakes and data warehousing components.
• Expertise in mapping current/future state processes, requirements elicitation, methodology development, and process optimization.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau; able to communicate technical details to non-technical users.
• Proficient with Draw.io / Diagrams.net, LucidChart, JIRA, Confluence, and Google Suite.
• Resourceful, detail-oriented, and critical thinker supporting solution decisions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and consulting skills; able to build rapport and lead discussions.
• Proven ability to document requirements, technical specs, diagrams, and models.
