We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with Pega expertise to support high-impact initiatives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

🔑 Key Requirements & Responsibilities:
• Strong experience working with Pega
• Lead, analyze, document, and manage business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
• Elicit, validate, and challenge requirements using effective analysis techniques
• Identify and document current-state processes and support design of future-state solutions
• Ensure impacted business processes and systems are thoroughly analyzed with clear acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with Change Management to manage customer and employee experience impacts
• Bridge communication between business and technology stakeholders
• Define acceptance criteria, support test script development, and assist with testing activities
• Manage end-to-end requirements traceability
• Apply domain, product, and system knowledge to drive business value
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement through critical thinking
• Identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues as needed
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, frameworks, and best practices
• Communicate effectively to align stakeholders with delivery objectives and risk appetite
