We’re Hiring: Business Analyst – Payments resiliency
Location: Hybrid – Downtown Toronto
Type: Contract

About the Role:
We’re looking for a  Business Analyst with hands-on experience in domestic & cross-border payment systems (e-Transfer, EFT, ACH, wires, etc.). You’ll collaborate with ops, tech, and product teams to enhance payment flow resiliency and drive technical solutions.

✅ Key Requirements:
– 5+ Years as a BA in payments/fintech
– Expertise in domestic (e.g., e-Transfer, EFT) & cross-border (e.g., ACH, international wires) payments
– Firm technical grasp of end-to-end payment workflows and APIs
– Agile mindset with experience bridging tech and business teams

✨ Bonus Skills:
– Knowledge of fraud/compliance in payments
