Business Analyst – MS Dynamics ERP
Location: Stoney Creek, ON | Hybrid: 2–3 days in office
Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 CAD + bonus, pension, and benefits (~20–25% total comp)
Travel: Up to 1 week/month across Canada & USA
Are you a skilled Business Analyst with a passion for ERP systems and process improvement? Join a dynamic IT team driving innovation in the rebar fabrication industry. You’ll work hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision ERP), integrate with rebar-specific systems, and collaborate directly with stakeholders to streamline processes from GL, POs, Billing, Supply Chain, and Order Management.
What You’ll Do:
Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements
Map and improve business processes across multiple sites
Support ERP customizations, upgrades, testing, and training
Develop end-user guides and materials
Travel across Canada & USA to ensure system alignment at client sites
Who You Are:
3–6 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics ERP
Strong business acumen and understanding of ERP functional modules
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Eligible to travel to the USA (Canadian Citizen status required)
