Business Analyst – MS Dynamics ERP
Location: Stoney Creek, ON (Hybrid: 2–3 days in office, travel across Canada & USA ~1 week/month)
Salary: CAD $80,000 – $100,000 + bonus, pension, benefits
We’re looking for a mid-level Business Analyst (3–6 years experience) to join our IT team and help implement Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP integrated with specialized rebar fabrication systems. This role bridges business operations and technology — translating real-world processes into seamless, efficient systems.
What You’ll Do:
Gather, document, and maintain business & technical requirements
Map business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Support ERP system upgrades, testing, and implementation
Create training guides and support materials for end-users
Travel regularly across Canada & USA to meet with client sites
What You Bring:
3–6+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in ERP systems
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision)
Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, billing, order management, and GL processes
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills
Eligible to travel to the United States
