📍 Stoney Creek, ON (Hybrid: 2–3 days onsite)
✈️ Travel: 1 week/month across Canada & USA
We’re looking for 2–3 Business Analysts to join a growing IT team supporting a major multi-site ERP transformation across North America. If you thrive at the intersection of business operations + technology, love working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics ERP, and enjoy being onsite with teams to understand real operational workflows — this is a phenomenal opportunity.
⭐ What You’ll Do
Work hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) and help align it with a specialized industry platform (aSa Studio).
Map and analyze business processes across GL, PO, supply chain, billing, order management and more.
Gather, define, and document business & technical requirements.
Build training materials, guides, and documentation as new processes roll out.
Support system configuration, testing, implementation, and enhancement cycles.
Travel across the US and Canada (~1 week/month) to meet site teams and drive successful adoption.
⭐ What We’re Looking For
3–6 years of Business Analysis experience — intermediate, not senior.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP (NAV strongly preferred).
Strong business acumen — understanding how ERP supports operations, finance, supply chain.
Experience creating clear requirements, documentation, training materials, and workflows.
Solid communicator who can collaborate with plant managers, IT, finance, and operations.
Ability to travel freely to the USA (PR/Citizen only; must have no travel restrictions).

Manufacturing industry experience
Exposure to aSa Studio or other fabrication/production systems
Process mapping + improvement mindset
Comfortable balancing scope, costs, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
