Job Title: Business Analyst – Microsoft Dynamics ERP (Hybrid)
Location: Stoney Creek, ON (2–3 days in office, hybrid; travel to client sites in Canada & USA ~1 week/month)
Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 CAD + bonus, pension, and benefits (total comp ~20–25% above base)
Role Type: New, full-time position

About the Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on Business Analyst to help implement Microsoft Dynamics ERP across multiple client sites in Canada and the USA. You’ll map business processes, build training materials, and play a key role in shaping ERP solutions for our clients. Travel and face-to-face engagement are critical (~1 week/month), and you’ll collaborate with a dynamic team across North America.
What You Bring:
3–6 years of Business Analysis experience, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics (NAV or 365)
Strong understanding of GL, POs, Supply Chain, Billing, Order Management
Experience creating business & technical requirements, process maps, and training materials
Comfortable traveling across Canada & USA
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
