Business Analyst – Life Sciences

Hiring: Business Analyst – Life Sciences | Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in the Life Sciences domain to support end-to-end solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document requirements (BRD, FSD, user stories)
Translate business needs into functional & non-functional specs
Perform process mapping (AS-IS / TO-BE) and workflow analysis
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
Support validation and data reconciliation

Required Skills:
Strong requirement gathering & documentation skills
Excellent stakeholder communication & coordination
Understanding of SDLC & Agile methodologies
Basic SQL / data analysis skills
