Hiring: Business Analyst – Intermediate (ServiceNow)
📍 Location: Downtown Toronto | Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 remote)
📅 Start: 6-month contract (possible extensions)
Must-Haves:
✅ 5+ years experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM Discovery & Service Mapping
✅ 5+ years experience with ServiceNow Agile 2.0
✅ Hands-on experience with CMDB & CSDM
✅ Strong understanding of ITIL processes & SDLC
✅ Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal
