Hiring: Business Analyst – Intermediate (ServiceNow)
📍 Location: Downtown Toronto | Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 remote)
📅 Start Date: 6 Month Contract, with possible extensions

🔹 Must Have:
• 5+ years experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM Discovery & Service Mapping
• 5+ years experience with ServiceNow Agile 2.0
• Strong ServiceNow CMDB / CSDM knowledge
• Solid understanding of ITIL & Configuration Management
• Exposure to Infrastructure & Network architecture (Windows, Linux, VMware, Hyper-V, OSI model)
