Business Analyst III

We’re hiring an experienced Business Analyst III – Clinical / Surgical Systems for a long-term contract opportunity.

📍 Location: Fredericton, NB (Remote)
🕒 Duration: Approx. 500 days

🔑 Key Skills & Experience (Must-Have)
✔ University degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
✔ 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Business Analyst / Clinical Informatics Analyst focused on surgical-related requirements
✔ 5+ years of experience working within acute care EHR/CIS environments supporting surgical operations
✔ 3+ years of experience supporting health information system implementation projects related to surgery
✔ Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting surgical and perioperative workflows
✔ Ability to collaborate with clinical, technical, and business stakeholders across multiple project streams
⭐ Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience
✔ 6+ years experience supporting surgical workflows within acute care EHR/CIS environments, including CPOE, surgical order sets, perioperative documentation, and anesthesia records
✔ Strong facilitation experience working with surgeons, anesthesiologists, perioperative nurses, and clinical teams
✔ Bilingual proficiency (English & French)
✔ Experience managing multiple concurrent project streams
✔ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Atlassian JIRA
✔ Previous experience working within public health authorities or large surgical programs
