I am seeking a proactive and highly organized Business Analyst II to join a top-tier Canadian financial institution in Toronto, ON. This is a high-impact, hybrid role (3 days onsite) focused on the cutting edge of e-commerce and payment innovation.

Details:
📍 Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid).
🗓️ Duration: 10 Months
⏰ Schedule: 37.5 hours per week.

The Role:
Project Execution: Provide critical support for major merchant customer rollouts and Point of Sale (POS) device projects.
Requirements & Timelines: Identify complex requirements across stakeholders and develop detailed work-back schedules to ensure milestones are met.
Documentation: Draft professional procedures, process maps, and technical reports while managing high-volume meeting minutes.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary conduit between cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Qualifications:
2–4 years of professional BA experience, ideally in a corporate banking or financial environment.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Project.
Strong background in requirements gathering and technical documentation.
Experience with POS hardware or payment technology is highly preferred.
